THE SALTER CENTRE - Currently in Planning

The Salter Centre supports engineering businesses developing low-carbon technologies through affordable research, office and workshop facilities, alongside training and apprenticeships. The proposed office and workshop extensions will provide improved facilities and additional space to support continued growth, research and innovation.

HILLFOOT - Currently in Planning

Proposed development of eight luxury apartments in the highly sought after Bearsden area of Glasgow. Designed to achieve A-rated energy performance, the scheme combines sustainability with contemporary design. Each apartment is carefully planned to maximise natural light, whist incorporating high quality materials and premium finishes throughout. 

CURRIE - on site

Development of nine flats in the popular Edinburgh area of Currie to replace an existing disused building. The proposal respects the established building line and heights of its neighbours, whilst using high quality materials and contemporary design.

Multi-use community building located on the edge of the popular Auldcathie District Park in Winchbugh

Re-cladding project to replace the existing rendered cladding which had failed

Rear and side extension to semi detached house. Featuring buff multi-brick and rendered facades with feature rooflights
