Ian has a wealth of experience across a wide and varied range of successful large and multi-site commercial and residential projects in the UK

Ian’s extensive planning experience and expert detailed knowledge of the system has delivered successful outcomes for our clients. 

Ian has taken large scale masterplan and design-led projects for residential, mixed use and commercial sites from initial concept, through design and construction, to completion on site.

Ian enjoy’s golfing, ice hockey and walking Baxter (our four legged member of staff)

Ian has 30 years' plus experience working primarily in commercial, residential and healthcare sectors, with extensive experience working with both local and national housebuilders, housing associations and Local Authorities.

Ian has vast technical knowledge and experience and is able to apply this to all projects with his knowledge sought out for difficult projects and has a known problem-solving ability.

Ian also enjoys car mechanics and will one day get his beloved Land Rover back on the road

Katherine has over 30 years’ experience working at several large commercial practices in Edinburgh. 

Katherine has led multi-million-pound projects throughout the UK which included retail parks, football stadiums, new primary & secondary school rollouts and police training accommodation

Katherine has extensive technical experience in residential, retail and leisure sectors with a particular expertise and vast experience of social housing

Katherine also designs and makes incredible cakes 

Chris has experience across across a wide range of sectors with a particular interest in residential developments, from bespoke one-off houses for private clients, to large multi-unit proposals for volume housebuilders including Mactaggart & Mickel, Persimmon and Westpoint. Chris has a strong focus on design, from initial concept through to successful delivery on site. 

Chris’ experience includes work on commercial, retail and leisure projects across Scotland

Chris is a keen DIYer, enjoys football, music and podcasts

Paulina has considerable architectural experience, and an excellent technical knowledge gained from working on a vast array of projects in the residential, commercial and leisure sectors.
